Professional Supervision

Better Days is able to offer effective, supportive and skilled professional supervision for allied health professionals.
We have a team of allied health therapists who are skilled both clinically as well as with providing professional supervision. We provide supervision through facilitating reflective practice as well as via a coaching model.
We can cover topics including

• Learning opportunities presented through clinical cases and other areas of work
• Upskilling and progressing in your clinical role
• Professional wellbeing
• Professional growth
• Problem solving and strategies to help you be the best clinician you can be
• Strategies to support life long learning

All of our clinicians have experience as professional supervisors, and hold up to date Annual Practicing Certificates with their relevant registration bodies. They are therefore able to provide professional mentoring and supervision in line with registration body requirements.
We can provide both face-to-face supervision, as well as remotely across Aotearoa via video conference.
