Adrian enhances his confidence in cooking

Adrian has been working with his Occupational Therapist, Georgia, to enhance his confidence and increase his independence with meal preparation tasks. He used to lean on family for support or assistance around cooking, which limited his meal options.

Now he feels more confident in preparing a meal himself! He can also now expand his culinary choices as he can prepare a range of different meals.

His future goals include being able to cook more meals completely independently, and taking on other household tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
