The Better Days way

Better Days was founded to provide better support for people in need, and to be a better place to work. Our five values guide our direction and decisions and have made Better Days what it is today and will be in the future. Through in-home, in-clinic and telehealth services, our passionate, skilled clinicians help people across Aotearoa New Zealand.

We provide innovative and effective therapy across a range of community allied health disciplines.
Our practitioners can provide their support in isolation, or as a part of a interdisciplinary team to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Occupational therapy

Helping people become independent in daily tasks and improve their quality of life.

Speech and language therapy

Communication and swallowing support based on needs and lifestyle.

Physiotherapy

Enhancing movement and function for people recovering from injury or living with a disability.

Psychology

Choose to see a psychologist for clinical, evidence-based mental health support. We’re here to support resilience and long-term wellbeing.
