Who can access Better Days Telehealth services?
Our Telehealth services are available to all clients across New Zealand. It is especially beneficial for people who can’t travel or live in regional/ remote areas.
Telehealth is conducted over video call, allowing clients to receive care without needing to visit a clinic. These sessions offer the same quality of service as in-person visits.
All of our allied health services are available through telehealth. This includes occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, and mental health support.
Yes, interdisciplinary service agreements are available through Telehealth.
For eligible clients, Telehealth offers the same level of quality as in-clinic.
While Telehealth offers a convenient way to access therapy, it isn’t always appropriate. A combination of factors will determine whether you can receive Telehealth. When first starting, our team will assess whether telehealth is appropriate.
