Supporting better days, every step of the way

We support children, adults, and older people with practical, goal-focused rehabilitation at home, school, work, and in the community. Our multidisciplinary team works alongside clients, whānau, ACC recovery partners, referrers, and other providers to support recovery, independence, and participation in everyday life.

Whether someone is returning home after hospital, adjusting to changes after injury, rebuilding confidence, or working towards school, work, mobility, communication, or daily living goals, Better Days provides responsive support tailored to each person’s needs.

We’re here for you

Better Days is a trusted ACC rehabilitation provider, delivering personalised rehabilitation services and assessments across Auckland, Christchurch, and throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

Our experienced clinicians work alongside kiritaki/clients, whānau, support networks, and ACC to help people recover after injury, achieve meaningful goals, and regain confidence and independence in everyday life.

Why choose Better Days as your ACC
provider in Auckland and Christchurch?

We are a team that puts people first.

At Better Days, we understand that no two recovery journeys are the same. We take the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and what matters most to you, so we can build a rehabilitation plan that is tailored to your life, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our focus is on helping you get back to the activities and routines that matter most, whether that means returning to work, accessing education, reconnecting with your community, or feeling more confident and independent at home.

Experienced Allied Health clinicians and specialist rehabilitation expertise

Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech-Language Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Rehabilitation Coaches.

Working together, our clinicians can provide support as a standalone service or as part of a coordinated ACC rehabilitation programme, depending on each person’s needs, goals, and funding pathway.

Our team has experience supporting people recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, burn injuries, amputations, orthopaedic injuries, and other complex injuries. We also support people with communication difficulties, mobility challenges, equipment needs, and rehabilitation goals across paediatric, adult, and older adult populations.

Support where you need it

Rehabilitation works best when it fits into real life. We provide ACC rehabilitation services across a range of settings, including at home, in the community, at school or university, in the workplace, in clinic, and via telehealth.

Wherever support is provided, our focus is on practical, meaningful rehabilitation that helps people build confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life.
