Occupational therapy services
Our qualified occupational therapists (OTs) help people recovering from injury or living with a disability increase their independence in daily tasks and improve their quality of life.
Your goals are our goals
Whether it’s regaining function after injury, improving daily tasks, or achieving independence, our support aligns with these goals. This personalised approach ensures that every client receives the help they need.
Occupational therapy is more than individual support; it’s a team effort. Our clinicians also work with clients’ families and support networks. By involving everyone, we create an environment where all aspects of support are aligned.
By working together, the support our OTs provide can have a lasting impact for everyone involved.

FAQs
What is occupational therapy?
Occupational therapy (OT) helps people become more independent in their daily tasks and improve their quality of life. Our OTs work with clients to develop skills needed for everyday activities.
What types of occupational therapy services do you offer?
We have clinicians experienced in supporting clients for a range of conditions and needs. This includes, neurological conditions, Spinal Cord Injuries, and sensory processing challenges. We also have allied health professionals who can provide paediatric OT support.
Where can I receive occupational therapy services?
You can receive our OT services in a location that suits you. This might be your home, at school, out in a public place, or even over telehealth. We aim to provide support in the most convenient setting for you.
How can occupational therapy help me?
An occupational therapist’s role is to foster independence in daily tasks and improve quality of life and participation of activities of choice. This might mean finding you the right equipment to make a task easier, or helping you find different approaches to completing something that is important to you with more independence. An occupational therapist will take their time learning about who you are and what is important to you- and then help you make those goals a reality.
Can I receive occupational therapy as part of a broader health plan?
Yes, we’re a interdisciplinary allied health provider, which means we can offer OT as part of an overall health plan. Our OTs work alongside other clinicians to provide comprehensive care.
How do I start receiving occupational therapy services?
If your ready to get started, or if you have any questions, our team is here to help. Just use our enquiry form to get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the process.
